Harmony hotel-apartments follows the decisions and instructions of the National Organization of Public Health in order to limit the spread of coronavirus Covid- 19.
All apartments have independent exterior entrances, private terraces or gardens ensuring privacy and security throughout your stay.
Since June 2020 we have been granted the “Health First” certification label, which is mandatory for businesses of tourist accommodation in Greece.
We have appointed a coordinator and established an action plan for the effective management of possible suspicious cases and the limitation of the propagation to our guests as well as to our staff, in accordance with the recommendations of the National Organization of Public Health.
The healthand safety protocols and measures applied in all parts of the hotel are constantly monitored and adapted to the latest Covid-19 prevention and protection standards.
• Antiseptic solutions, hand sanitizers and face masks are available at the hotel’s common areas.
• It is mandatory that guest use face masks when they are in the hotel’s common areas.
• Maintaining a distance of 1.5 meters is meticulously applied where possible.
• All our staff is trained according to health and safetyprotocols and is equipped with personal protective equipment.
• The health of our staffmembers is carefully monitored with daily temperaturetests.
• All staff work areas as well as all hotel facilities are cleaned and disinfected regularly and carefully.
Departure and arrival times.
According to the health protocol for tourist accommodation, the time of departure from the hotel (check out) is set at 11.00am while the arrival time (check in) is set at 15.00pm so that there is the necessary time for adequate ventilation, meticulous cleaning and disinfection of the apartments.
Upon your arrival at the hotel, we disinfect your luggage and we kindly ask you to use the hand sanitizer which is available in the reception area. Always respecting the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR), we would like to inform you that we have the obligation to collect and keep a record of certain personal information of our our guests for reasons of public health protection (possible tracking).
The cleaning protocol of the hotel’s common areas and apartments comprises proper ventilation, meticulous cleaning and disinfecting. All fabric surfaces are disinfected with a steam cleaner and all other surfaces are cleaned with certified cleaning and disinfecting products.
According to the sanitary protocol for the tourist accommodation, the room cleaning and the change of bed linen and towels is done after consultation with the guest and only upon the guest’s request.
During the cleaning, the guest is not allowed to stay in the apartment or on the terrace (in order to avoid contact between the cleaning staff and the guests and minimize the risk of potential further transmission of the virus).
Please inform us about the desired frequency of cleaning your apartment upon your arrival at the reception.
Our swimming pool complies with all sanitary protocols for safe use, with continuous controls of the water quality and limitation of the number of swimmers at one person per 5m² of water surface.
The arrangement of the seats (chaises longues, chairs) is such that it ensures a distance of at least 2 meters in each direction between the extreme points of the seats of two people sitting under two different umbrellas or two people staying in a different room.
Breakfast is served à la carte in compliance with all health requirements. The required minimum distances between tables and seats are ensured to avoid overcrowding.
Alternatively, breakfast can beserved in the apartments upon request.
